Recap - January Favourites

Hello again!

Since today is the last day of January I thought it would be nice to pick four of my favourite manicures that I did during this month.
It was harder than I expected... I just love them all! :-D
Here are my choices:
(click on the dates to see the original post)

Misslyn - Mojito & Jelly Sandwich from Jan. 14.

LOOK by BIPA - Nail Quickie - Beige from Jan. 29.

OPI - Grand Canyon Sunset from Jan. 18.

 And last but not least:
claire's - Splatter Green on OPI - I Just Can't Cope-Acabana from Jan. 24.

I hope you enjoyed this month as much as I did. Do you have a favourite mani or polish this month?

p2 - Color Victim - fever

Hello everyone!

Todays post is about this wonderful cherry red p2 - Colour Victim polish by the name fever, that I recently bought. (You can see the haul here.)
Fever is a very rich cherry red creme polish with a great formula. Application of this polish was easy and required hardly any cleanup. It was opaque in two coats. Fever dries to a glossy finish. All pictures were taken without a topcoat.

The outdoors pictures below were taken without a flash. There was no direct sunlight.

I really like this colour a lot and will be wearing it again soon. Hopefully I will find some other colours of that brand that I like. Everything I've tried so far was fantastic.

How do you like this red? Do you like p2 polishes?

p2 - Lost In Glitter - be devine!

Good morning everyone!

Today I want to show you p2 - Lost In Glitter - be devine! from my recent polish haul in Hamburg.
First I put it as an accent on p2 - Leather Matte - dress code:trendy. This is only one coat and I really liked it instantly.

I then decided to put it on as a full manicure on top of dress code: trendy. This is two coats of be devine! without any topcoat. Application was easy and for a glitter polish it went on quite smooth.

Above: outdoors with direct sunlight. Below: indoors with flash or under LED light.

To give you a proper look at this polish I wore it on it's own. First I only put on one layer. Here you can see best that be devine has a blue jelly base packed with pink and purple microglitter as well as some medium sized hexes.

I then put on a second coat to reach opacity. This made a wonderful look. It's almost like a Jelly Sandwich. You can see the blue base and all that sparkling glitter floating around.

I really like this polish a lot and you can get different looks depending on the base colour you wear.

How do you like be devine!? Is this a polish you would wear?

LOOK by BIPA Nail Quickie - Beige

Hi everyone!

For my second post today I want to show you this LOOK by BIPA Nail Quickie. I got this during my Christmas Shopping spree. See the haul here.
Beige has a beautiful golden shimmer to it and is an elegant nude colour. It is definetely work appropriate and can be worn every day. But in my opinion this could also go with a festive robe.
The formula of this Nail Quickie is very good. I used two coats to reach full opacity and it dried very fast. For these swatches I did not use a base or top coat.

How do you like this polish? Isn't it a wonderful nude?

Nicole by OPI - KardashianKolor - SOPHISTI-CUTIES

Hello everyone!

Today I want to show you the Nicole by OPI - KardashianKolor - Sophisti-cuties blue box.
It contains four mini bottles of nailpolish in beige, a dark glitter, petrol and brown.
My Empire... My Rules - Follow Me On Glitter - Khloé Had A Little Lam-Lam -
Hard-Kourt Fashionista
I did not wear these on my nails yet but put them on a display to show you the colours a little better.

I am looking forward to try these on. But I guess this could take a while, because in my opinion these colours are perfect for autumn. And there are still so many others to wear first! :-D

Do you own any of these colours?

p2 - Color Victim - that's it!

Hi everybody!

Today I also want to share with you a polish from my recent haul that I posted earlier.
p2 - Color Victim - that's it! is a deep shimmery purple creme polish with a wonderful formula. Application was so easy and the polish went on without any trouble. It required absolutely no cleanup and was fully opaque in two coats.
As an accent I used china glaze - Techno on my ringfinger. This was part of a set that I got for Christmas. Techno is a fantastic iridescent glitterpolish. It contains medium hexes and also lots of microglitter.

To show you how sparkly the glitter is I took a blurry shot. It also brings out the shine of that's it! quite good.
I know that these pictures are not perfect. I have been wearing the polish for three whole days when I took them. But I still wanted to show this beautiful colour to you.

I really was surprised by this polish. I only paid €1,55 for 8ml so I did not expect the best formula. But this polish is just great. It is neither runny nor too thick. It is not streaky and no balding occured. The polish dries pretty quick and the colour is amazing. And even after wearing it for three days there was no chipping. Only some "balding" at the tip of the nail and a slight discolouration where the topcoat did not cover the polish.

How do you like this gorgeous purple?
