I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and can start relaxed into this new week.
Today I want to show you a polish from my haul a few weeks ago here in the city (Munich). The beautiful Maybelline Color Show - Wine Shimmer (265).
Wine Shimmer is a sheer wine red creme polish with iridescent microglitter in it. It sparkles in all colours of the rainbow whilst being a gorgeous pinkish deep red. Wine Shimmer has a very good formula, that allowes easy application. I only used two coats of this polish, but it was still quite translucent as you can see in the indoors pictures here.
In direct sunlight the VNL was mostly invisible, but I knew it was there so I needed to add a bit more to this manicure.
I added a third layer of Wine Shimmer plus one coat of china claze - Fairy Dust to give it an extra bit of sparkle. The red was darker with the third coat.
How do you like this Maybelline polish? Do you like their Color Show line?
