Ruby Kisses - Twinkling Mauve

Hello Beauties!

Happy Sunday to you! Today I want to show you another one of my new Ruby Kisses polishes. This is Twinkling Mauve (RNP109).

You probably guessed by the name, that this is a mauve coloured polish. :-D But there are lots of other details to this polish that I want to share with you today.
Twinkling Mauve is a creme metallic polish with an excellent formula. I applied two coats on topcoat  for full opacity and sealed it in with Seche Vite. The whole manicure took me only about 15 minutes and there was no clean up to do at all. The polish went on so smoothly and evenly and simply was a dream to apply.
And the colour is so beautiful. It is a sparkling bronzy, rosy mauve with tiny golden flecks in it. I love it and I can tell you that I have nothing like it in my huge collection. I usually am not the biggest fan of metallic polishes, but this one is quite different. It is simply gorgeous.
I was a bit annoyed, when I discovered a small piece of polish was chipped off on my right thumbnail only a few hours after I polished my nails. I was baking a cake and was quite busy that day with cleaning the house and other stuff. but that was too short. I was not ready to give up un this polish so I decided to patch it up. I dipped on some polish on the plain edge and let it dry a bit, Then I blended it in with a thin layer and fixed it up with topcoat. If you don't know I did some extra work there, you would never see it!
I painted them Wednesday afternoon and am still wearing them now (Sunday late morning). There only is minor tipwear and I will be wearing them throughout the day without hiding my hands. I am really impressed how long this polish lasts. I only paid €1,99 for this bottle and it lasts way longer than some €10.- or  €15.- polishes do. I love it!
And the best thing about this polish is, that it goes well with any colour. I have been wearing different shades of blue, khaki, purple, white, antique pink and beige as well as apricot and bordeaux and it lookes amazing with everything. Maybe a bright red would be a no go, but I haven't tried that.

How do you like the colour? Isn't it pretty?
